These are pilot-programme prices and they are not final. The product is in active development. If you join a pilot, the price you agree is the price you keep for the first two years, and we will tell you before anything changes.
What differs between the plans
The register, the three date kinds, the append-only log and the auditor export are on every plan, including the cheapest one. We do not put the audit trail behind a higher tier.

Questions about billing
What counts as an asset?
One serialised physical thing in the register — a machine, a cabinet, a vehicle. Obligations, plans and evidence attached to it are not counted separately, so an asset carrying twelve certificates is still one asset. Archived assets stop counting the day you archive them.
What happens if we go over the limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. You keep creating assets, we tell you in the app, and we ask you to move up a plan at your next renewal. We will not lock you out of a compliance register because of a billing threshold.
Can we change plan part-way through?
Up at any time, prorated to the day. Down at the end of the current term, so there is no surprise refund arithmetic. Neither direction touches your data.
Is there a free trial?
There is a pilot instead, which is better for both of us at this stage. We build your industry pack with you, import your spreadsheet in the first session, and you decide at the end of it. No card up front.
How do we get our data out?
CSV and JSON export of every table, plus the documents, on demand and without asking us. It is the same export the auditor package is built from. A register you cannot leave is a hostage, not a product.
