1. Has the scheduler run?
Settings shows when your organisation was last scanned. If that time is more than a day old, contact us — that is our problem, not yours.
2. Does a rule match it?
Open Alerts and check the rules. Is one active, is the obligation or plan of the rule's type, and does it pass every filter clause? A rule filtered to critical assets does not see a routine one.
3. Has a lead day been reached?
A 90/30/7/1 rule says nothing about something 45 days away until day 30. Alerts go out once a day at the send hour, in the organisation's timezone.
4. Did the delivery fail?
Admins can open delivery history. A failed delivery shows the error the channel returned. Use Test on the channel to check it end to end, and check email spam folders.
5. Was it already sent?
Each lead day fires once per deadline. If you moved an expiry date, the countdown restarts against the new date.
Other things people ask
- "Your session has ended" — you were signed out, or stayed signed in long enough for the session to lapse. Sign in again. An integration that gets a 401 from the API has a key that expired or was revoked; create a new one.
- A scanned label opens the wrong site — it was printed from a different address. Reprint it after checking the address shown above the sheet.
- My calendar is out of date — calendar apps refresh subscriptions on their own schedule, sometimes every few hours.
