From the register, choose Labels. Select the assets, and the product lays out a printable sheet with a QR code and a Code 128 barcode for each tag.

Check the address before you print

The QR code holds a full web address, and that address is fixed the moment the label is printed. The sheet shows the address it will use above the labels. Check it before the paper goes in: a label stuck to a machine is expected to outlive a lot of things.

What a scan opens

Scanning the QR code with any phone camera opens that asset's page. Anyone scanning must sign in, and must be a member of your organisation, to see anything. A barcode scanner reads the tag itself, which you can type into the register's search.

Test one printed label on your printer and phone before you print a hundred.
